PA Go Napp Sacc Mini Grant Available!

As the school year begins and the time seems to evaporate quicker than your task list it can feel daunting to hit every goal and CQI plan for your program. Policies surrounding healthy eating, obtaining local food resources, and CACFP guidelines seem to be evolving quickly. You would like to offer the families you serve the best, but resources are often limited.

Enter PA Go NAP SACC

The opportunity to apply for a PA GO NAP SACC mini grant is still available until August 27!

Are your infant staff wary about breastmilk or how to incorporate breastfeeding mothers into the program? What about the teachers who struggle to fit in fun physical activities during the rainy days? Have you had a rise in the number of enrolled children with food allergies and would like more education and a plan in place?

When you apply for the Go Nap Sacc mini grant, you will have the opportunity to advocate for the changes you would like to make to your program but just don’t have the resources to make it a reality.

Go NAP SACC is an easy on-line, evidence-based tool to guide you through self-assessment, action planning, implementation, policy development, re-self assessment and reflection. This is self paced and an excellent way to build leadership in your team.  A limited number of programs will receive on‐site, targeted technical assistance from a Child Care Health Consultant (CCHC) at no cost to the site.
