Included on this page, is a Local Foods in CACFP Policy Memo that explains how to include local foods and agriculture-based education in early care and education (ECE) settings. At the end of the memo is a question and answer section that offers suggestions on the procurement process for local foods in CACFP and also growing foods for CACFP use.
