On Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at the 2018 Pennsylvania Early Childhood Education Summit, we held our first annual Great Apple Crunch! In the opening session, approximately 500 attendees crunched their apples, provided by our conference host, The Penn Stater. Pictured below are a few ECE professionals, recognizing the importance of staff wellness, crunching their way to a great day. Can't wait to do it again next year!
